We accept return or refund requests in the following cases:

📝 To file a claim:
Please contact us with clear photos and a description of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted later than this period may not be eligible.

2. Non-Eligible Cases
Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture, we cannot offer returns or refunds in the following situations:

- Product has been installed or used
- Issues not reported within the inspection window
However, if you wish to make adjustments within 24 hours of placing the order, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
